Pumps

This coating is applied to pumps in order to prevent corrosion of the alloy/ steel surface. Some specialized materials are added with the Teflon so that they bond tightly with the steel surface. This coating can resist heat up to + 400 degree Celsius and – 250 degree Celsius. The coating is available in powder and liquid form. It offers thermal stability to the pump diaphragms. Reduces noise, friction between the moving parts. PTFE coating is given to the valves, bearings of the pump.
