Solenoid Plungers

Plungers are rods attached to a magnetic coil to create linear motion which is used in machines, so they are coated with Teflon to prevent corrosion and to provide constant motion of the machines.  

Processing cylindrical components for all types of end use applications. We have tooling to process electromechanical solenoid components in tubular and stamped frame applications, electro hydraulic valve components with special .010" thick, non-magnetic coatings, fuel pump components, safety valves and dozens of other similar devices.
