Fasteners

Fasteners are coated with Teflon to prevent corrosion.

PTFE / Teflon/ Xylan coating on Nuts & stud bolts significantly reduce the amount of friction and increase the torque. No wear and tear between the moving parts. It also has non sticky property which makes the screw tight when tightened and releases quickly when released. The auto/mechanical parts will be fixed firmly and can operate with no noise. This coating gives excellent efficiency, reliability to the moving and non moving parts. Teflon Coated Fasteners can resist more heat/temperature around 250 degrees. In two wheelers, the clamps/handle bars fixed with Teflon coated fasteners will not be shaky.
